How Do I Buy A Website?

We like to answer any final questions and comments regarding a particular project over the phone, so you must fill out an inquire form first.

Or you may call us and leave a message regarding the website you'd like to purchase and we'll return your call within 24 hours.

Often speaking with you the payment and transfer process is split into two parts:

1) After a down payment your hosting account/shopping cart and website details are setup on the purchased domain.

2) After the final payment the DNS information is and completed URL asset transfer is completed.

Can You Start a CUSTOM Project For Me?

At this time we're only accepting down payments for projects we are currently working on.

The reason we don't accept custom specs or themes for our websites is because we rely on a combination of proven reliable design and market research to build a successful project.

Often times "advice" or specs from the investor is counter productive and cramps our style. Serious investors may fill out the contact form to hear about the projects we're currently working on and available.

What If My Website Stops Generating Cash?

To date, this hasn't happened yet. We build them to be fail-proof and setup on a hands-free marketing model. We purposely try to target the search engines so regardless of manual marketing efforts the website will continue to bring in visitors.

Yes, these are big minded business principles at play on a small scale.

All of our projects quickly rise and instead of doing poorly, often do BETTER than expected. We simply don't think things should fail - and if they begin to degenerate - then it needs to be fixed.

If They're SO Profitable, Why Don't We KEEP The Websites for Ourselves?

Our service is to create cash generating projects and than turn around and sell them for a projected income to project managers.

We think of these websites and businesses as assets - and they are. And we are capable of producing these assets. And as assets we will decide to sell or produce them as we feel necessary.

And in the case of a monstrously successful website, we often times do keep it and not even inform people of it's existence.

How Do You PRICE Your Websites?

We price are websites intelligently. We have no set formula. Although, as a generalization we will usually set the price tag at 10-12 months or current income, not projected income. An example of current v.s. projected income is this...

Last year we sold a project for $25,000 which was doing $3,000 a month at the time, roughly 8 months projected income. Within a year this website was doing close to $30,000 a month! If we would have sold it for the projected income, rather than current income, the price tag would have been close to $150,000 USD.

The project price also takes into consideration the amount of time it takes to manage it. For example a 100% hands-free asset comes more than a website who's orders you have to manually fulfill.

How Many Projects Have You Produced?

Since 1996 we've produced some 45 web based businesses. Over half of these websites were sold to entrepreneurs and investors just like yourself.

In this time our projects have generated Millions of dollars for our company and that of our clients/investors.

Do You Offer Website Consulting / Marketing Services?

At this time we only offer website consulting at a rate of $2500 per session which includes email and phone correspondence with Anthony. Our website production studio only produces projects created and directed by Anthony himself.
